We collect: email address (for authentication), quiz responses (for story generation), selfie photos (for AI portrait generation), payment information (processed by third-party payment providers), and basic usage data (pages visited, features used).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: generate your past life results (stories, portraits, videos), authenticate your account, process payments, send service-related emails (result notifications, login links), and improve our service.
3. Selfie Data
Your selfie is sent to our AI image generation provider (fal.ai) solely for creating your past life portrait. We do not store your selfie permanently — it is deleted after processing. The generated portrait is stored as part of your results.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: AI service providers (for content generation), payment processors (for transactions), and email service providers (for notifications). All third parties are bound by data protection agreements.
5. Data Retention
Your account data and results are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting support@pastlife.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We use basic analytics to understand service usage patterns.
