Terms of Service
Effective: October 5, 2026
These Terms set out the conditions for using PastLife (pastlife.app) and TarotMasters (tarotmasters.app) (the "Services"), operated by Raymind.AI LLC (Wyoming, USA) and Raymind.AI (레이마인드에이아이, Korea) (together, "we" or "us"). By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. The Services
· PastLife: a service in which AI creates a past-life story, portraits and videos from a quiz and your photo · TarotMasters: a service in which you talk about what is on your mind with AI tarot masters, receive readings from cards you choose yourself, and keep the conversation going after the reading Payments are processed through Stripe in the name of Raymind.AI LLC, and the mail-order business operator for users in Korea is Raymind.AI (레이마인드에이아이).
2. Eligibility
You must be 14 or older in Korea, and 13 or older elsewhere (or older, if the law of your country of residence sets a higher age). Minors need the consent of a legal guardian to use paid services, and a payment made without that consent may be canceled by the minor or the legal guardian.
3. AI-Generated Content
The tarot masters, past-life stories, readings, voices, images and videos are created by AI. The tarot masters are AI, not people. All results are for entertainment and self-reflection and are for reference only; they do not guarantee the future or promise to be true. They do not replace medical, legal, financial or investment judgment, so please consult a professional about important decisions. If you are in crisis, please contact the helpline shown by the Services or emergency services.
4. Anonymous Use and Accounts
You can use the Services without signing in, through an anonymous session stored in your browser. If you clear your browser data or use another device, your past records and Starlight balance may not be visible, so please keep your payment receipts. If you sign in, your records and balance are linked to your account.
5. Starlight (Paid Digital Goods)
· Starlight is a digital good used within the Services to open cards, get full readings, ask questions, create portraits and videos, and more. The Starlight required for each feature and the top-up prices are shown on screen before payment. · Starlight is not cash and cannot be transferred to anyone else or exchanged for cash. · Paid Starlight has no separate expiration date. · Starlight received for free through referral rewards, events and the like is not refundable, and may be taken back if it was obtained by improper means. · If a payment is canceled, refunded or charged back, the Starlight added by that payment is taken back.
6. Free Use and Referral Rewards
TarotMasters offers one free card per day. The free limit applies per browser session and connection (IP), so people using the same connection may share the limit. When someone who arrives through a share link for the first time receives their first card, both the person who shared the link and the person who arrived receive a referral reward, once per connection and for up to 5 people per day per sharer. If free benefits or rewards are obtained repeatedly through automation, multiple accounts or similar means, we may restrict them and take them back. As a TarotMasters launch offer, until October 19, 2026, 23:59 Korea time, one first top-up per person comes with bonus Starlight equal to the amount purchased. It can be received only once per account, browser or checkout email, and bonus Starlight is not refundable.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made in the currency and with the payment methods shown, and are not subscriptions (automatic payments). Withdrawal of purchases and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. User Content and Sharing
You own the rights to the conversations and photos you enter. You agree that we may process them to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services. Share links can be viewed by anyone who has the link. You must not enter another person's personal information or photos without that person's consent.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: use other people's personal information or photos without permission; attempt to create illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content; send mass requests with automated tools or circumvent free limits or payments; harm the security of the Services or analyze their code without permission; or attempt to break the AI's safety measures. If you violate these rules, we may restrict your use.
10. Intellectual Property
We own the rights to the Services, the tarot master characters, the card and screen designs, and the artwork and music. You may save and share the results you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Changes to and Discontinuation of the Services
We may change or discontinue the content of the Services, and we will give advance notice of changes that affect paid services. If we end the Services, we will refund any remaining paid Starlight under the Refund Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated results or for decisions you make based on them. However, this does not apply to damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For users in Korea, the laws of the Republic of Korea apply, and disputes are resolved in the court with jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act. For all other users, the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA apply. In either case, nothing limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
14. Changes to These Terms and Contact
If we change these Terms, we will announce it on the Services 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days before for changes unfavorable to users).
