1. Service Description
PastLife is an AI-powered entertainment service that generates fictional past life stories, portraits, and videos based on your quiz responses and selfie. All results are fictional and for entertainment purposes only.
2. Account & Authentication
You may create an account using email magic link, Google, or Kakao login. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
3. Starlight Credits & Payments
Starlight is an in-app virtual currency used to unlock premium features such as AI portraits and videos. Starlight credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the service. All purchases are final — due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available once credits have been used.
4. User Content
By uploading a selfie or providing quiz responses, you grant PastLife a limited license to process this data solely for generating your past life results. We do not sell or share your selfie with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@pastlife.app.
5. AI-Generated Content
All past life stories, portraits, and videos are generated by AI and are entirely fictional. They do not represent real historical events or persons. PastLife makes no claims of accuracy regarding any generated content.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use PastLife for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to access the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
PastLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to emotional distress from AI-generated content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
